Beth is our MD and founder, with over 14 years experience in Business Rates. Based in Chester, when she isn’t running the company and carrying out audits for clients she is an Aston Villa season ticket holder and loves spending time with her friends and family, practicing yoga and fitness classes.
Ross Welburn
With a military and banking background Ross is our researcher. He has been with BWB for 8 years and is responsible for compiling accurate company data across multiple sites and within the current Business Rates legislation. A keen gardener and walker he has recently acquired a border collie called Skye who keeps him very busy.
Adele Cross
Adele is our Business Development Manager in Chester and has worked within the Business Rates sector for over 18 years. She has vast experience in working with Blue Chip, multi site Companies and in the 6 years of being with BWB she has brought in clients from well known firms within hospitality, retail, banking and NHS sectors. She is a keen gardener, walker and loves to travel around the UK in her camper van.
Sam Hill
Sam heads up our Business Development in Bristol with over 4 years of experience in the Business Rates sector. He plays a vital role in driving and developing the business through his sales experience. He brings his West Country charm to the business which gives a personal experience with a professional outcome. He is a lifelong Bristol City fan, a keen karter and family man.
