Reasons we may have contacted you :
- We will contact you if we have completed a successful audit for a client that has resulted in a refund and we believe this same error could be applied to you business rates.
- We will contact you if an investigation we have carried out has tells us that you may have paid incorrect rates on your commercial property.
- We will contact you if we have detected mistakes made through human error.
- We will contact you if we have found your rates have not been amended due to new legislation changes.
